Fleet management xtended access
As the importance of delivery increases, it is necessary to reduce costs and time and improve operational efficiency from multiple angles. As one of measure to support such situations, our company focuses on a digital key management system that contributes vastly in costs and time reduction. Below are some of the main functions of we are delivering.
■Digitization of keys significantly reduces the time required for handing over, opening and closing doors, and exchanging keys.
■Centralized key management not only reduces management time but also strengthens the security and safety of the entire transportation process.
■It is possible to track the transportation status of the driver, vehicle, and trailer.
■Unintentional usage of fleet is prevented by managing the key combination between trailer and driver.
The system consist of a master module, NFC/BLE/UWB antenna and the drivers smart phone. In addition to that, we also prove a back-end solution to enable the fleet manager to have an effective key management system.
