A3117M0 is a new generation RF design with excellent features. For DCDC at 3.3V input, RX current is 6.4 mA, TX current is 9 mA (+ 5dBm). It has a programmable RF output power of -14dBm ~ +7dBm and a receiving sensitivity of -94dBm (@1Mbps GFSK). Data can be programmed from 5kbps up to 2Mbps. Internal CPU core ARM Cotrex-M0 provides maximum operating speed to 48MHz.
5.8GHz Transceiver, Proprietary TRX @ ISM Band
The A5133 supports data rate 500kbps ~ 4Mbps with FSK modulation. Users can easily transfer their proprietary protocol from 2.4GHz to 5.8GHz band which has wider channel bandwidths and less interference signal. Both 5.8GHz and 2.4GHz bands are globally applicable ISM bands.
