This response isn't based on the document: JICONAX is a tool that enables telework for various back-office tasks faced by transportation and passenger service providers through the use of cloud and paperless technology.

In November 2019, it was certified as the first certified solution by the Transportation Digital Business Council.

By linking the time card screen with the digital tachograph and calculating them in a mixed manner, labor time management such as working hours and improvement standard notifications can be accurately calculated with zero input and calculation effort. Only drivers who are likely to exceed the standard value are warned, so the time required to check for overtime workers is minimized.

In addition, cumbersome record management can also be done remotely. All information is collected in one place on the cloud, and all data is stored in a form linked to drivers/vehicles/clients, so various data related to safety management such as accidents, education and training, health checkups, and aptitude tests can be viewed on one screen, allowing accurate instructions to be given to drivers as needed. As soon as a record is registered, various graphs are automatically updated, making it possible to easily grasp the current situation of the company and create safety meeting materials without any effort.
