Introduction to the 6th Local 5G Practical Training Course

The 6th Local 5G Practical Training Course

Local 5G has moved beyond the experimental phase and is now entering the stage of real-world implementation. To support those considering adoption, we are hosting the 6th edition of our practical training course, designed to provide essential knowledge and expertise for system design and deployment.

By attending this course, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the implementation and operation processes, as well as key considerations, including:

Explanation of the latest case studies and trends in Local 5G

Understanding the technical requirements necessary for Local 5G deployment and design

Guidance from Japan Radio Institute on electronic license application procedures and specific application details

Insights into the latest developments of the Local 5G working group

Overview of the process leading to base station installation, including site planning and system design

On-site (field) radio wave measurement (interference surveys and area analysis)

Quality verification during the operational phase (time slot and throughput assessment)

Understanding necessary equipment, including antennas, wireless base stations, core systems, and supplementary equipment

We welcome those interested in Local 5G deployment and those seeking to acquire technical expertise in Local 5G system construction. As seats are limited, we encourage early registration to secure participation.
