Introducing UnSOUL
UnSOUL is a transportation business system developed by transportation company managers with a deep understanding of on-the-ground operations. Its purpose is to minimize daily cumbersome data entry, visualize management, reduce expenses, and improve operational efficiency. It provides a mechanism to increase revenue without increasing personnel or vehicles, thereby supporting the improvement of company management.
Key Features and Benefits
Minimized Manual Input: Seamless API integration with various databases such as the Corporate Number Database, Google Maps, and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) database automatically acquires, updates, and identifies vehicle inspection certificate data and vehicle classifications. Repair, refueling, and ETC data can also be automatically imported via CSV or RPA.
Billing and Dispatch Management: Automatically generate invoices by registering operation patterns, preventing missed billings. Dispatching can be intuitively managed by dragging and dropping from a list.
Vehicle and Driver Management: Linking with vehicle inspection certificate data and cross-referencing with license categories prevents unlicensed driving. It supports accurate cost understanding by converting fuel consumption and other data into monetary values. Driver ledgers and file management are also available.
Attendance Management App: Record clock-in/out on smartphones and centralize multiple attendance records, including digital tachograph data. Visually display work status with color-coding to support legal compliance. A dynamic management function is also under development (scheduled for June release).
Nearby Vehicle Search: Utilize digital tachograph data (acquired via RPA) to search for owned and other companies' (anonymous) vehicles that have passed a specified point. This provides a mechanism to secure previously unprofitable jobs.
Financial Information Integration: Easily simulate changes in cash flow due to early repayment or new borrowing based on loan details, supporting the improvement of available cash.
