TC60G1115GE Flip-chip Module
The TC60G1115GE Flip-chip module, which measures 11.3mm x 15.5mm, is still the only single chip, 60GHz CMOS solution designed to meet the ultra-low power consumption, and multi-Gigabit per second performance requirements of battery powered mobile devices. This tightly integrated module provides a general-purpose memory control (GPMC) interface and two pairs of end-fire transmit and receive antennas.

The TC60G1316UE Flip-chip module, which measures 12.5mm x 16mm, continues Tensorcom's tradition of developing single chip, 60GHz CMOS solutions that have a small form factor, consume less power than competing 60 GHz offerings and provide multi-gigabit per second performance. This tightly integrated module provides a USB3.0 interface and two pairs of end-fire transmit and receive antennas.

The Tensorcom TC60G23YYUE Reference Design (RFD) is an 802.11adTM/WiGig USB 3.0 adaptor that is fully compliant with the
IEEE 802.11ad Standard. The TC60G23YYUE RFD integrates a Wi-Fi CERTIFED WiGig Flip Chip Module, the TC60G1316UE with a
USB connector to form a complete WiGig USB 3.0 adaptor for use in either a 60GHz evaluation system or in applications
requiring low power consumption and Gigabit-per-second data rate connectivity.
We designed the TC60G23YYUE RFD to achieve low power without sacrificing performance. Using advanced RF design
techniques, we produced a highly efficient radio solution that provides excellent performance in line of sight (LOS) environments.
