In antenna development for the 300 GHz sub-terahertz band, low-loss technology is essential. We have developed low-loss, high-gain lens antennas, as well as planar phased-arrays and multi-beam antennas. In recent years, advances in low-loss materials have significantly enhanced performance and expanded available options. Actual prototypes will be exhibited.
