Initiatives Toward Smart Safety Using Local 5G and Autonomous Mobile Robots
Hiroshima Gas Co., Ltd. introduced a local 5G network at its Hatsukaichi Plant as part of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications’ “Development and Demonstration for Problem-Solving Local 5G” program.
This presentation introduces the subsequent expansion and utilization of the local 5G network, as well as safety inspection applications using autonomous mobile robots. Focusing on solutions aimed at achieving smart safety through DX, the session presents these initiatives from the perspective of an end user, highlighting practical insights gained through real-world implementation.
