With the full implementation of the Logistics Efficiency Improvement Act starting in April 2026, we understand that companies are working to improve loading efficiency, reduce waiting times, and shorten loading/unloading times.
Systematizing operations is extremely effective in efficiently implementing these measures.
This time, we will share examples of measuring and reducing waiting/unloading times, as well as examples of improving loading efficiency, using Hakobel, and explain the key points for complying with the law through systematization.

After graduating from university, I joined a company that provides human resource development services to corporations. After working in corporate sales, I gained experience as the head of new business development and as a project manager for industry-academia-government collaboration projects.
Subsequently, I moved to a company that supports marketing for the Chinese market, continuing to develop new businesses while also working on PMI (Post-Merger Integration) operations as COO of a local subsidiary in Shanghai, China.
In 2021, I joined Hakobel. After gaining experience in field sales and customer success in the Logistics DX Systems Division, I am currently mainly responsible for marketing management.
