A system using microwave sensor and 920MHz band is developed to reduce crushes at small-scale crossings without traffic lights. A driver can see the alarm and smartphone can receive the alarm message.
A system using microwave sensor and 920MHz band is developed as an assistive device to reduce crushes at small-scale crossings without traffic lights. Microwave sensor located roadside can detect vehicle and pedestrian. By using 920MHz, the board located at the crossing can show the alarm of moving obstacle and smartphone can receive the alarm from this system by using BLE.
