Looking ahead to an era where 5G communication and AI become integrated into all industries and daily life, various initiatives are underway across different sectors to create new value and address social challenges. The advancement of 5G and the next-generation information and communication infrastructure, 6G, are expected to accelerate these efforts and foster further development.

This talk will introduce KDDI's initiatives to strengthen "Enhancing the power to connect" as outlined in the "KDDI 2030 VISION." I will also explain the societal implementation of AI necessary to further evolve "Enhancing the power to connect" as well as various research and development efforts, including the fusion of communication and AI, aimed at the era of 6G.
